The WFBXT automatic nonwoven boot cover making machine integrates material feeding, ultrasonic welding, forming, cutting and finished-product conveying in one production system. It is designed for high-volume manufacturing of disposable nonwoven boot covers and shoe boot covers used in medical facilities, cleanrooms and other controlled environments.
Two ultrasonic welding units create firm, clean seams without glue, needles or thread. The forming roller uses imported Japanese DC53 die steel for hardness, wear resistance and stable long-term operation. A two-piece-per-cycle mould design improves production efficiency, while the conveyor collects finished boot covers for subsequent packing.
The machine produces disposable nonwoven boot covers, protective shoe boot covers and medical or cleanroom boot covers. The finished products are suitable for medical facilities, clean workshops and other applications requiring disposable protective footwear.

The quotation provides two forming options for boot-cover production. The mould includes lifetime free maintenance.
The automatic nonwoven boot cover making machine should be reviewed against the required boot-cover length, width, nonwoven material and finished-product weight. The listed WFBXT configuration states 80-120 pcs/min for finished products weighing 30-60 g. A product drawing or sample helps discuss the appropriate forming option and the practical production arrangement before the final equipment configuration is confirmed.
The documented system brings together independent material unwinding, ultrasonic welding, forming, cutting and conveyor collection. Buyers can review the intended product format, electrical supply, floor space and air-compressor provision before placing an order. This supports installation planning while retaining the stated machine dimensions and configuration. The final technical scope should follow the confirmed specification and agreed production requirement.
Disposable nonwoven boot covers are used in workplaces where footwear protection and cleanliness management are required. The actual suitability of the finished product depends on the buyer’s material selection, size requirement and target application. Confirm these requirements together with the required packaging format before finalizing the production plan.
