Full servo adult diaper production line is designed for continuous manufacturing of disposable adult diapers in M, L and XL sizes. The line combines controlled material unwinding, absorbent-core forming, SAP application, elastic integration, shaping, cutting, folding, inspection and counted discharge in one coordinated process. It is intended for manufacturers that require a stable, configurable production platform for adult incontinence products.
The full servo adult diaper production line uses individual servo-driven process sections to coordinate material transport and position control. Constant-tension unwinding systems support the top sheet, backsheet, acquisition distribution layer, barrier materials and optional composite nonwoven materials. Independent elastic unwinding is arranged for the standing cuff and leg-elastic applications, while dedicated systems process the front and side fastening components.
For absorbent-core preparation, the configuration includes high-speed hammer milling, dual forming-wheel handling and controlled SAP application. The formed core is transferred, compacted and patterned before cross cutting. Subsequent modules integrate the ADL layer, standing cuffs, top sheet, fastening areas and backsheet. Servo-driven cutting and folding sections form the product outline, make the final cross cut and arrange finished diapers on the output platform.
The documented product structure includes a top sheet, standing cuffs, dual-layer absorbent core, SAP, acquisition distribution layer, elastic elements, optional elastic waist, left and right side fastening components, front fastening component, backsheet and optional laminated backsheet. Material arrangement and optional elements can be selected according to the target product design.

The system provides automatic web-guiding and tension control on relevant material paths. A quality-control arrangement supports monitoring of material absence, material depletion and material-splice conditions, with reject handling for products outside the selected process conditions. Safety provisions include emergency stop controls, guarded cutting areas, safety doors, operation indicators and phase adjustment for selected servo-controlled processes. Final layout and product configuration should be matched to the required diaper structure and material samples.
