70 Series Ultrasonic Lace Sewing Machine

The 70 Series ultrasonic lace sewing machine is a versatile ultrasonic fabric welding and edge sealing machine for nonwoven fabric, synthetic textiles, artificial leather, spray-bonded cotton, film and plastic sheet. Also known as an ultrasonic lace machine, ultrasonic sewing machine, ultrasonic quilting machine, seamless sewing machine or ultrasonic embossing machine, it performs trimming, seamless joining, perforating, slitting, cutting, sealing and decorative embossing without conventional thread.

The series is available in six quoted configurations: manual single-motor, pneumatic single-motor, manual dual-motor, pneumatic dual-motor, raised-head, and radial reinforced. Pattern rollers can be customized for the required lace profile and product application.

The radial ultrasonic lace machine is designed for circular, curved and irregular edges that are difficult to process with a conventional straight-path ultrasonic sewing machine. Its rotary welding arrangement guides the welding head along the workpiece contour. The quoted model uses servo control for radial positioning and a dedicated curved-amplitude output system for more even ultrasonic energy distribution along changing curves.
