The CSBFQJ(1600) automatic ultrasonic nonwoven fabric slitting and cutting machine is designed for continuous processing of flexible roll materials. It combines ultrasonic longitudinal slitting, edge sealing and cross cutting in one production system, making it suitable for nonwoven fabrics, laminated films, needle-punched cotton, home-textile materials, wiping cloth and filter media. Ultrasonic melt cutting seals the cut edge at the same time, helping prevent loose fibers and fraying.

The standard quoted configuration includes two ultrasonic longitudinal cutters and one ultrasonic cross cutter. The machine can be supplied in working widths from 1.6 m to 3.0 m, and up to three sets of cross cutters can be configured. Non-standard configurations are available according to the buyer’s material and production requirements.
