SL-60 High-Speed Sanitary Napkin Making Machine

The SL-80 uses an 8.5 N·m stepper motor to control absorbent-layer length. Compared with the SL-70 configuration, this structure can save one layer of nonwoven fabric. Standard production uses a single absorbent layer.
SL-90 Sanitary Pad Machine with Rounded Absorbent-Core Cutting
Based on the SL-80 configuration, the SL-90 adds rounded-edge cutting for the absorbent layer to improve the appearance of finished sanitary napkins. Standard production uses a single absorbent layer.

Customization Notes
- Embossing patterns can be customized according to finished-product samples.
- SL-50 and SL-60 models can be customized for two-out production.
- SL-80 and SL-90 normally use a single absorbent layer.
- When two absorbent layers are used, alignment deviation may be within 5 mm. An additional square-spray glue-gun head can be fitted to address this requirement.
