Continuous Ultrasonic Fabric Lamination and Embossing

The automatic ultrasonic fabric laminating and embossing machine uses ultrasonic bonding technology to continuously laminate and emboss multiple layers of nonwoven fabric and home-textile material. It produces clear, uniform patterns and strong seams without needles or thread. Automatic feeding, continuous roller pressing and automatic rewinding support stable batch production.

This wide-width ultrasonic quilting machine is suitable for mattress fabric, pet pads, quilts, bedspreads, mattress covers, pillows, sofa materials and interior-decoration fabrics. Compatible materials stated in the quotation include spray-bonded cotton, meltblown fabric, glue-free cotton, nonwoven fabric, needle-punched cotton, artificial leather, PU, PP, polyester and other chemical-fiber textiles.

Available Working Widths

The quotation lists machine-width configurations of 1.6 m, 1.8 m, 2.0 m, 2.2 m, 2.3 m, 2.4 m, 2.6 m, 2.8 m and 3.0 m. The appropriate width is selected according to the customer’s material and finished-product requirements.

Welding Head Options

Vertical Welding Head

Vertical welding heads are aligned directly opposite each other for vertical pressing. Gaps remain between adjacent welding heads.

Cross-Arranged Welding Head

The staggered interlocking layout has no gap between welding-head working areas while preventing contact and friction between heads. According to the quotation, this arrangement provides deeper pressing, stronger bonding and smoother fabric feeding with fewer wrinkles, making it suitable for wide and thick materials in continuous production.

Adjustment and Ultrasonic Generator Options

Manual Welding-Head Adjustment

Handwheels or screws are used for manual alignment, spacing and pressure adjustment.

Pneumatic Welding-Head Adjustment

Cylinder-driven opening and closing enables air-pressure control. The quotation identifies more uniform and stable pressure, consistent embossing, reduced manual adjustment and compatibility with automated production lines as key benefits.

Analogue Control Box

Uses knob-based hardware adjustment and manual tuning without saved parameter recipes.

Digital Control Box

Uses DSP digital control, automatic frequency tracking, saved parameter recipes, constant-power control and fault-protection shutdown. For cotton fabric above 300 GSM, the quotation requires the 18 kHz high-power digital control box.

Material Rack and Pattern Customization

Material feeding racks support customization. The quotation shows standard and extended rack configurations, air-expansion shaft options, extra unwinding positions, and a customized large material support with an edge-guiding device for fixing fabric edges. Final configuration is selected according to material-roll size and production requirements.

Embossing patterns can be customized according to customer requirements.
