Fully automatic flat face mask making machine production line is designed for the documented 1+2 production of disposable three-layer flat masks. Confirm the required mask size, material arrangement and adult or children's earloop-welding format before the PMKZJ line is configured.

The PMKZJ fully automatic flat face mask making machine is an integrated 1+2 production line for manufacturing disposable flat masks. A servo and PLC intelligent control system coordinates nonwoven material feeding, three-layer lamination, ultrasonic sealing, nose-wire insertion, pleat forming, mask-body cutting, earloop welding and finished-mask discharge.

Finished Mask Applications

The line is suitable for producing disposable 3-ply flat face masks. The standard adult mask body size is 17.5 x 9.5 cm, while the mask body dimensions are adjustable. The earloop welding units can be configured for adult masks measuring 17.5 x 9.5 cm or children’s masks measuring 14.5 x 9.5 cm.
