Automatic ultrasonic quilting and laminating machine is designed for continuous nonwoven and textile processing where bonding, embossing, slitting and cutting are required in one production process. The FHYH configuration should be selected according to material type, width, weight and the finished-product requirements confirmed with the buyer.
The FHYH ultrasonic quilting machine combines fabric lamination, embossed bonding, longitudinal slitting and cross cutting in one continuous production system. Ultrasonic thermal bonding creates firm, flat seams without needles, thread or pinholes, helping produce waterproof, breathable and durable laminated materials.
Automatic feeding, continuous roller embossing and automatic cutting provide stable operation and consistent product dimensions. Patterns and running speed can be adjusted, while embossing rollers can be customized according to the buyer’s finished-product design.
Suitable for mattress panels, pet pads, quilts, bedspreads, mattress covers, pillow materials, sofa fabrics, garment materials and interior-decoration textiles. Compatible materials include spray-bonded wadding, meltblown material, glue-free cotton, nonwoven fabric, needle-punched cotton, synthetic leather, PU, PP, polyester and other chemical-fiber fabrics.

| Standard cutting configuration | Two ultrasonic longitudinal cutters and one ultrasonic cross cutter |
| Additional cross cutters | Optional, up to three cross cutters in total |
Cross-arranged welding heads use an offset interlocking layout without gaps between adjacent heads. Compared with vertically aligned heads, this configuration provides deeper pressing, firmer bonding and smoother fabric feeding with fewer wrinkles. The heads do not collide or rub against each other, supporting long-duration processing of wide and thick materials.
Manual adjustment uses handwheels or screws for mechanical alignment, spacing and pressure setting. The pneumatic option uses cylinders for opening and closing with controlled air pressure. Pneumatic adjustment provides more uniform pressure, consistent embossing, reduced setup labor and compatibility with automated high-volume lines.
The analog generator uses knob adjustment and manual tuning. The digital generator provides DSP control, automatic frequency tracking, parameter recipe storage, constant-power control and fault-protection shutdown. Digital control is recommended where repeatable product quality and stable high-speed operation are required.
Material racks can be customized. The quotation includes examples for standard rolls, extension supports, air-expansion shaft brackets and large material supports with edge-guiding devices for stabilizing fabric edges.
Working width, embossing pattern, generator type, welding-head arrangement, head adjustment method, cutter quantity and material support can be configured according to the buyer’s production requirements.
