1. Automatic Nonwoven Strip Cap Making Machine

The automatic disposable strip cap forming machine feeds, guides and folds the raw material, welds both sides to the elastic bands by ultrasonic technology, and cuts the material into finished elastic caps. The fixed machine design uses stepless speed control for flexible operation. Aluminium components help reduce machine weight and support stable running.

2. Automatic Strip Cap Counting, Stacking and Packing Machine

The automatic strip cap packing machine connects to the forming machine discharge outlet. Finished caps are transferred into left and right stacking boxes, counted and stacked, and automatically pushed when the preset quantity is reached. The operator places the bag manually, and the packing unit pushes the caps into the bag. A double-output design supports faster, more convenient operation.

The packing machine uses an aluminium structure with a protective plexiglass cover. Its independent PLC touch screen displays operating data and provides a connection control that can run the cap making machine and packing machine together. Two cameras and one monitor allow the operator to observe elastic welding at the output area.
