Training, Installation and Warranty

Factory training: One or two buyer employees may receive three days of free training during factory acceptance. Buyer personnel travel, accommodation and meals are excluded.

Installation and start-up: Supplier technicians can assist the buyer’s technicians at the buyer’s factory. The buyer prepares machine positioning, power, compressed air and associated piping. On-site commissioning costs are borne by the buyer.

Warranty: Supplier-manufactured parts are covered for 12 months from shipment. Covered defective parts will be repaired or replaced. Wearing parts, normal wear and damage caused by improper operation are excluded. Lifetime after-sales service is available, with scope and costs subject to the sales contract.
