Automatic Disposable Plastic Strip Cap Production

The SLTM automatic plastic strip cap making machine is designed for continuous production of disposable polyethylene strip caps, PE shower caps and elastic protective head covers. The line integrates material feeding, guiding, folding, ultrasonic welding, forming, cutting and finished-product conveying in one automatic process.

Three 20K55 ultrasonic systems secure the film edges and elastic band without needles, thread or glue. Variable-frequency speed control, automatic temperature control and PLC touch-screen operation provide flexible production with clear operating data. One operator can run the machine, and the quotation states that one operator can operate two machines at the same time.
